Dr. Jay Q. Butler is Director of ASU's Reality Studies and an Associate Professor of Real Estate in the Morrison School of Management of Agribusiness. He also holds the Arizona Realtors Professorship in Real Estate. In addition to teaching in the Real Estate program, he oversees projects that examine the greater Phoenix real estate market.
